Cooking Instructions

Soak your Russet Potatoes (2) in cold water for 2 hours then cut them into the desired size for fries.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large bowl drizzle the cut potatoes with Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and season with Onion Powder (2 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (2 tsp), and Fresh Dill (as needed) and combine.
4.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the fries. Place in the preheated oven to bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip the fries every 15 minutes until they are done.
5.
Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice!
