Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Pineapple (1) and Lebanese Cucumber (1) into chunks. Put the chopped ingredients and Ice (1 1/2 cups) into your blender and blend on high until combined.

Now add in the Fresh Mint Leaves (3 sprigs) and give it a few ‘pulses’ to mix through.

Pour into glasses and serve. The pineapple will give this blend a nice frothy texture. Enjoy!
