Wash the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (4) under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place on a large plate. Spray BBQ grill with cooking spray or heat Panini on grill and high setting.
Mix Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Dark Toasted Sesame Oil (2 teaspoon), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (2 teaspoon), and minced Garlic (4 clove) in a small bowl.
Use half the marinade on the chicken and rub on both sides well. For a richer flavor leave rub on up to 1 hour at room temperature before grilling.
Grill each side for 6 to 10 minutes or until done.
On your grill or panini press, grill the marinated chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and check to see if it's cooked through. Enjoy!
