Step 1
Wash the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (4)
under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place on a large plate. Spray BBQ grill with cooking spray or heat Panini on grill and high setting.
Step 2
Mix
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
,
Dark Toasted Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
, and minced
Garlic (4 cloves)
in a small bowl.
Step 3
Use half the marinade on the chicken and rub on both sides well. For a richer flavor leave rub on up to 1 hour at room temperature before grilling.
Step 4
Grill each side for 6 to 10 minutes or until done.
Step 5
On your grill or panini press, grill the marinated chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and check to see if it's cooked through. Enjoy!
