Wash Broccoli (4 cups) in water and shake off excess water. Chop top (head) of the Broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tsp) in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add Garlic (4 cloves) to the pan by crushing with a garlic press.

Add Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) for about a minute. Stir constantly until golden, being careful not to overcook.

Add broccoli and stir for about a minute. Add Water (1/3 cup). Cover for about 5 minutes or until water is evaporated and broccoli is cooked crisp-tender.
