Cooking Instructions

Dry shake or use a hand whipper to emulsify the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Bourbon (1 fl oz), Amaro Averna (0.5 fl oz), Scotch Whisky (0.3 fl oz), Boker's Bitters (3 dashes), The Bitter Truth® Chocolate Bitters (2 dashes), Orange (1/2) and Simple Syrup (0.3 fl oz).

Add ice to the shaker and shake to cool and dilute.

Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Top with Malty Belgian Beer (to taste).

Stir gently to incorporate. Enjoy!
