Step 1
In a large Dutch oven or heavy bottomed pot, heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) , Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Brown and then drain most of the fat off.
Step 2
Add Garlic (3 cloves) and cook for 1 minute.
