In a large Dutch oven or heavy bottomed pot, heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb), Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Brown and then drain most of the fat off.
