In a medium saucepan, slowly melt Butter (1/2 cup) over low heat.
Stir in the Heavy Cream (1 cup), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon), then increase heat to medium.
Add Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and stir until melted.
Serve immediately over some pasta and enjoy! You can also put it over meat or vegetables of your choice if following a low-carb or keto diet.
