Step 1
Into a pan over high heat, add
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Once warm, add
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as you go.
Step 2
Add
Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp)
,
Garlic (1/2 tsp)
, and
Paprika (1/2 tsp)
. Mix everything well and leave to cook through. This whole process should only take 5-7 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
Into a mixing bowl, add
Mayonnaise (1 cup)
,
Yellow Mustard (1 tsp)
,
Distilled White Vinegar (1 tsp)
,
White Onions (1/4 cup)
, and additional salt and pepper. Mix everything together and what you’ll end up with is almost like a big mac sauce, but without the sugar.
Step 4
To serve, heap the ground beef and add the
Lettuce Leaves (8)
. Add whatever toppings you wish, like
Tomato (1)
,
Beet (1)
,
Dill Pickles (4)
, and
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
. Dollop the sauce next to it. Enjoy!
