Step 1
Season
Sirloin Steak (1 lb)
with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. In a large skillet over high heat, add
Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Allow the oil to get hot, then add the beef and cook until the beef is fully cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the pan onto a plate.
Step 2
In a small jug, mix together
Beef Broth (1/3 cup)
,
Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
, and
Distilled White Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
. Set aside.
Step 3
Add
Cooking Oil (1 Tbsp)
to the pan and cook
Red Onion (1/2)
until softened, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add
Garlic (2 cloves)
and cook for about 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add
Plum Tomatoes (3)
and cook for 1 minutes or less.
Step 6
Return beef to the pan and stir in beef broth mixture.
Step 7
Turn off the heat, then toss with
French Fries (4 cups)
.
Step 8
Serve warm garnished with
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
.
