Making sourdough bread couldn’t be easier! It's not the traditional way of making sourdough but is the healthiest gluten-free version. You can enjoy it with almost no guilt. Guaranteed to be a staple in your home!

Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, add the whites of the
Milk (3/4 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)
Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)
Almond Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Coconut Flour (1/2 cup)
Flaxseed Meal (1/2 cup)
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
over the top of the bowl.
Psyllium Powder (1/3 cup)
and mix until everything is combined.
Pour the mixture over a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Using your hands, shape the dough into a round ball.
Using a knife, score the top of the dough with an X shape.
Bake for 35 minutes or until its golden brown. If you tap it on top and get a hollow sound, your bread is done.
Place on top of a wire rack to let it cool down. Using a bread knife, slice to serve.
Yields 1 loaf.
