Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, add the whites of the Egg (6), Whole Egg (2), Milk (3/4 cup), Water (1/2 cup), and Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup).
Sift the Almond Flour (1 1/2 cup), Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Flaxseed Meal (1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon) over the top of the bowl.
Add the Psyllium Powder (1/3 cup) and mix until everything is combined.
Pour the mixture over a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Using your hands, shape the dough into a round ball.
Using a knife, score the top of the dough with an X shape.
Bake for 35 minutes or until its golden brown. If you tap it on top and get a hollow sound, your bread is done.
Place on top of a wire rack to let it cool down. Using a bread knife, slice to serve.
