Step 1
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, add the whites of the

Milk (3/4 cup)

Water (1/2 cup)

Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)

Step 3
Sift the
Almond Flour (1 1/2 cups)

Coconut Flour (1/2 cup)

Flaxseed Meal (1/2 cup)

Baking Soda (1 tsp)
, and
Salt (1 tsp)
over the top of the bowl.
Step 4
Add the
Psyllium Powder (1/3 cup)
and mix until everything is combined.
Step 5
Pour the mixture over a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Using your hands, shape the dough into a round ball.
Step 6
Using a knife, score the top of the dough with an X shape.
Step 7
Bake for 35 minutes or until its golden brown. If you tap it on top and get a hollow sound, your bread is done.
Step 8
Place on top of a wire rack to let it cool down. Using a bread knife, slice to serve.
