Chop the Onion (1/2) and Baby Potato (8) and set aside. Wash and pat the Chicken (2 pound) dry.
Season the chicken with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and add it in the slow cooker.
Add the chopped onion and potatoes, along with the French Baby Carrots (2 cup) to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, add Water (4 cup), Bay Leaf (2), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Dried Basil (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), and Dried Thyme (1 teaspoon). Juice the Lemon (1/2) into the bowl. Pour mixture in slow cooker.
Set slow cooker to high for 4 hours.
