In a blender mix Firm Silken Tofu (1/4 cup), The Vegg® Vegan Egg Yolk (1 teaspoon), Nutritional Yeast (1 tablespoon), Water (1/4 cup), and Ground Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon) together until well combined; set aside.
Step 2
Heat up some Coconut Oil (to taste) in a non-stick pan. Crumble your desired amount of tofu in the hot oil and fry until golden around the edges.
