Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place one bag of
Graham Crackers (1 1/2 cups)
in a ziplock bag, and either hit/punch/knead the graham crackers until they are crumbs, or roll out with a baking roller.
Combine graham crackers, 3/4 cups of
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
and an additional 4 tablespoons of flour and
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
in a mixing bowl.
In a separate large bowl, beat
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
Salted Butter (1/2 cup)
until smooth. Add
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (1 1/3 cups)
Add dry ingredients to bowl of wet ingredients. Mix together.
Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
Place spoonfuls of dough about 2 in apart on cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8 minutes for soft cookies, a little longer if you like them crispier. Enjoy!!
