In small pot, add
Elbow Macaroni (3/4 cup)
Water (10 fl oz)
Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
Paprika (1/8 tsp)
Onion Powder (1/8 tsp)
Salt (1/8 tsp)
. Bring to a simmer. Mix and stir for 8 to 10 minutes, or until water is almost absorbed and evaporated.
Lower the heat between a medium to a medium-low setting. Now add
Heavy Cream (6 fl oz)
Medium Cheddar Cheese (3/4 cup)
. Mix and combine well until the cheese sauce is smooth and creamy.
On a low heat bring to a simmer and continue to stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes to thicken.
Butter a baking dish and pour the mac and cheese in. Preheat the broiler.
In a small bowl, mix
Breadcrumbs (1 Tbsp)
Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
. Sprinkle on top of the mac and cheese with the
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 Tbsp)
Broil for 45 seconds or until topping is golden brown, then serve.
