Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Peel and slice the
Peaches (4)
. Place peaches in an 8×8 dish.

Mix
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
and
Salt (1/2 tsp)
.
4.
Add
Milk (1/2 cup)
and
Butter (1/4 cup)
to flour mixture and stir until combined.

Place batter over peaches.
6.
Mix remaining
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
,
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
and remaining
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
7.
Evenly pour the
Water (1/2 cup)
all over.
8.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
9.
Let cool slightly to let the juices redistribute. Serve with
Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste)
