Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Peel and slice the Peach (4). Place peaches in an 8×8 dish.
Mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Add Milk (1/2 cup) and Butter (4 tablespoon) to flour mixture and stir until combined.
Place batter over peaches.
Mix remaining Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Corn Starch (1 tablespoon) and remaining Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Evenly pour the Water (1/2 cup) all over.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Let cool slightly to let the juices redistribute. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste).
