In a large bowl mix together the Sushi-Grade Tuna Fillet (100 gram), Chili Sauce (10 gram), Sriracha Mayonnaise (2 1/2 teaspoon), and Scallion (10 gram). Mix together.
In another large bowl, add the Sushi Grade Salmon (100 gram), Chili Sauce (10 gram), Scallion (10 gram), Sesame Seeds (1 teaspoon) and mix well.
Extend the Japanese Rice (50 gram) over half of a Nori Sheet (1 sheet). Add Avocado (to taste) and the tuna mixture. Take the bottom end of the nori sheet and bring upwards to roll into a cone. Use a grain of rice to stick the nori together where it meets.
Repeat with the second Nori Sheet (1 sheet), the remaining Japanese Rice (50 gram), and the salmon mixture.
