Step 1
In a large bowl mix together the
Sushi-Grade Tuna Fillets (3.5 oz)
,
Chili Sauce (0.5 oz)
,
Sriracha Mayonnaise (1 Tbsp)
, and
Scallions (1/3 cup)
. Mix together.
Step 2
In another large bowl, add the
Sushi Grade Salmon (3.5 oz)
,
Chili Sauce (0.5 oz)
,
Scallions (1/3 cup)
,
Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
, and mix well.
Step 3
Extend half of the cooked
Japanese Rice (3 Tbsp)
over half of a
Nori Sheets (1 sheet)
. Add
Avocados (to taste)
and the tuna mixture. Take the bottom end of the nori sheet and bring upwards to roll into a cone. Use a grain of rice to stick the nori together where it meets.
Step 4
Repeat with the second
Nori Sheets (1 sheet)
, the remaining rice, and the salmon mixture.
Step 5
Serve immediately!
