Start by finely slicing the green tops of the Scallion (2 1/2 teaspoon). Chop the Fresh Cilantro (2 1/2 teaspoon).
Next, in a large pan add Sunflower Oil (15 milliliter) and start frying the Shrimp (5). Season with Salt (1 pinch) and Curry Powder (1 teaspoon).
Heat up your Water (100 milliliter) in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Open up your Instant Noodles (1 package) and add the included seasoning pack. Additionally add some Chili Sauce (1 teaspoon), Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Lemongrass Powder (1 teaspoon) and Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 teaspoon).
Next add the hot water, shrimp and scallions. Place the top on and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Once the noodles are cooked, garnish with chopped cilantro and its ready to eat!
