Step 1
In a large container add the
Fresh Blueberries (1 cup)
and mash them down as much as you can.
Step 2
Next, add in the
Chia Seeds (1/3 cup)
,
Unsweetened Coconut Milk (2 cups)
and
Vanilla Extract (to taste)
. Give it a good mix until everything is combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into any dessert dishes, mugs or glasses you'd like. Place in the fridge and let it set for at least 4 hours or overnight. After the first hour give it a quick stir, and then let it continue to set.
Step 4
Before serving, garnish with
Pistachios (to taste)
if desired!
