Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Peel and cube the Sweet Potato (2).
Place the sweet potato chunks into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with Olive Oil (3 tablespoon).
Combine Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Brown Sugar (2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Paprika (1 1/2 tablespoon), Poultry Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon), freshly ground Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch).
Sprinkle over the top of the potatoes and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Spread onto a baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes, then turn the potatoes over and continue baking until the sweet potatoes are golden and tender, about another 15 min or so. Wait for potatoes to cool, and enjoy!
