Step 1
Start by seasoning the
Pork Ribs (2.2 lb)
with
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Smoked Paprika (to taste)
. Use your fingers to rub the seasoning evenly on the ribs, and repeat on the other side.
Step 2
Into your slow cooker, add
Honey (1 cup)
,
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Next, add your pork ribs into the slow cooker and dredge into the sauce and turn to make sure they are well coated with the sauce all over. Place them meat side out on the edge of the cooker making sure the bones are facing up and inward.
Step 4
Place your lid on and cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. If your ribs fall over during the cooking process you can place a ceramic dish or coffee mug in the center to keep them straight.
Step 5
Using a knife, cut between the bones and serve.
