Whisk your Eggs (2) and leave aside. To spice our Unflavored Protein Powder (1 1/2 cups), add in Paprika (1/2 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix everything together until well combined.

Dunk the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (1 lb) into the beaten eggs, then place into the seasoned protein powder. Get everything coated really well, placing finished pieces on a plate. Try to work quickly on this step - the longer you leave the chicken the more the powder will absorb into it. It really works best if you coat and fry as you go otherwise it can get patchy.

While the chicken is frying make the chili mayonnaise for dipping - this is optional but it goes great with it. Into a small bowl add Mayonnaise (1 cup), along with Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 Tbsp) and Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp). Mix it together well and you’ve got a dipping sauce that really delivers a decent kick to the tastebuds.
