Active Dry Yeast

Step 1
Combine Butter (2 tablespoon), Salt (2 teaspoon), Water (1/3 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Active Dry Yeast (2 teaspoon). In another bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (3 1/4 cup) and Milk (1 cup).
Step 2
Make a well in the flour and pour liquid into it. Using a wooden spoon, mix until a slightly shaggy and sticky dough forms.
Step 3
On a well floured surface, knead dough for about five minutes until no longer sticky.
Step 4
Let rise for an hour in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Step 5
For the filling: combine Brown Sugar (1/3 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (2 teaspoon). Once dough has risen. Roll out on a floured surface to 1/4″ thickness. Spread Butter (2 tablespoon) on top and sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon.
Step 6
Roll up and pinch sides to hold sugar in. Cut into sixteen pieces.
Step 7
For the topping, finely chop the Walnut (1/2 cup) In a cast iron skillet, melt the Butter (2 tablespoon) and stir together the Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon) and walnuts. Evenly space buns on top of nut topping. Bake in a 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) oven for 30 minutes.

Let it cool for 1 minute.
Step 9
Flip skillet over onto a plate, let cool slightly.
