Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Spray an 8-inch pie dish. Unroll the Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (1 package) and use the pieces to shape a pie crust into your dish. This will require a little work and you might need to break some pieces and even things out.
Prebake dough for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven.
Place a few tablespoons of the Low-Fat Pasta Sauce (1 cup) on the bottom of the pie crust.
In a bowl, mix Chicken (12 ounce) with the remaining pasta sauce.
Spoon into your pie crust.
Sprinkle Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese (2/3 cup) on top along with Fresh Parsley (to taste).
In a small bowl, mix Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon). Parmesan Cheese (2 tablespoon), and Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and sprinkle the mixture on top of your pie.
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, checking that your dough does not burn.
Cut into six pieces, and serve immediately.
