Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Spray an 8-inch pie dish. Unroll the
Pillsbury™ Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls (1 pckg)
and use the pieces to shape a pie crust into your dish. This will require a little work and you might need to break some pieces and even things out.
Step 3
Prebake dough for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven.
Step 4
Place a few tablespoons of the
Low-Fat Pasta Sauce (1 cup)
on the bottom of the pie crust.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix
Chicken (12 oz)
with the remaining pasta sauce.
Step 6
Spoon into your pie crust.
Step 7
Sprinkle
Shredded Light Mozzarella Cheese (2/3 cup)
on top along with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
.
Step 8
In a small bowl, mix
Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp)
, and
Panko Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
and sprinkle the mixture on top of your pie.
Step 9
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, checking that your dough does not burn.
Step 10
Cut into six pieces, and serve immediately.
