Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) in a large bowl.
Step 3
Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Almonds (1/3 cup) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 4
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about an inch apart on a cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
Step 6
Roll warm cookies in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) .
Step 7
Set on wire rack to cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again.
