Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C),
Place peeled and quartered Sweet Potato (3) in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 25 minutes, or until tender but firm.
Drain, cool and cut the sweet potatoes into quarter-inch slices. Lightly grease another 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Ground Nutmeg (1 teaspoon).
Peel, core and cut the Apple (2) into quarter-inch rings.
Layer sweet potatoes, brown sugar mixture and apples in prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), Butter (1/4 tablespoon), Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup).
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
