Heat the Olive Oil (2 teaspoon) in a pot and add the Onion (3/4 cup) and Garlic (2 clove). Sauté until the onions are cooked.
Add the Tomato (3/4 cup), Water (3 cup), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring to a boil.
Add the Orzo Pasta (1/2 cup) and cook for 3 minutes.
Then add Broccoli (3 cup) and the Carrot (1/4 cup) and cook until the pasta is done (follow package instructions).
Garnish with spring onions if needed.
