Combine Chicken (1 pound) minced Celery (2 stalk), Frank's® RedHot® Sauce (1/2 cup) and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup).
Beat the Egg (1) in a separate bowl. Lay out one of the Spring Roll Wrappers (12).
Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the bottom of the wrapper.
Roll the spring roll up, fold in sides, and secure the top corner with beaten egg.
Heat the Canola Oil (as needed) to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Fry in batches until golden. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing (to taste). Enjoy!
