Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly spray a 7" x12" x 1" baking pan with vegetable spray and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (3/4 teaspoon) and Salt (1 teaspoon). Whisk to combine and set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the Brown Sugar (2 cup) and Butter (1 1/2 stick) together.
Step 5
Add Large Egg (2) one at a time and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon).
Step 6
Add flour mixture a little at a time and beat just until combined.
Step 7
Stir in a cup each of Chopped Pecans (1 cup) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup).
Step 8
Spread the blondie batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Step 9
Then sprinkle on the rest of the Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1/4 cup).
Step 10
Bake for 35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Step 11
Remove from oven and cool for half an hour before cutting. Enjoy!
