SHOW ALL IMAGES
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Lightly spray a 7x12x1 baking pan with vegetable spray and set it aside.
In a small bowl combine the
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Baking Powder (3/4 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
. Whisk to combine and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the
Brown Sugar (2 cups)
Butter (1 1/2 sticks)
one at a time and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Add flour mixture a little at a time and beat just until combined.
Stir in a cup each of
Chopped Pecans (1 cup)
Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup)
Spread the blondie batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
Then sprinkle on the rest of the
Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup)
Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1/4 cup)
Bake for 35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool for half an hour before cutting. Enjoy!
