All-Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

1 tsp

Salt

1 1/2 sticks

Butter , room temperature

Brown Sugar , firmly packed

Large Eggs

2 tsp

Vanilla Extract

1 1/4 cups

Chopped Pecans , divided

or Almonds, Macademia, Walnut

•

1 1/4 cups

Sweetened Coconut Flakes , divided

or Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Toffee Chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Lightly spray a 7x12x1 baking pan with vegetable spray and set it aside.

In a small bowl combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 tsp) . Whisk to combine and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the Brown Sugar (2 cups) and Butter (1 1/2 sticks) together.

Add Eggs (2) one at a time and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) .

Add flour mixture a little at a time and beat just until combined.

Stir in a cup each of Chopped Pecans (1 cup) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (1 cup) .

Spread the blondie batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the Sea Salt (as needed) .

Then sprinkle on the rest of the Chopped Pecans (4 Tbsp) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (4 Tbsp) .

Bake for 35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool for half an hour before cutting. Enjoy!
