In a large bowl, add the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Quick Cooking Oats (1 cup), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp) and Salt (1/4 tsp), and whisk together.
