Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (1 tsp) in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add Yellow Onions (1/2 cup) and Garlic (2 cloves) , and cook until onion is translucent and garlic has just a bit of color.
Step 2
Add in Tomato Sauce (2 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Dried Parsley (1 tsp) , Dried Thyme (1/4 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Dried Basil (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce has reached desired consistency.
Step 3
Use an immersion blender, blender, or food processor to puree the sauce until smooth.
Step 4
Serve over literally any pasta, or use as the sauce in manicotti or lasagne. Enjoy!
