Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Prep your Asparagus (1 pound). Cut the end of the stalk off, then use a vegetable peeler to strip the outer layer off the bottom of the asparagus.
Coat Asparagus with the Butter (2 tablespoon). Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and toss lightly to coat, then sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/8 cup).
Roast the asparagus for 10-12 minutes, until the spears are tender. If you want the cheese to brown and create a crunchy texture you can set your oven to broil for the last 1 minute of roasting! Serve warm.
