Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Asparagus (3 cups)
. Cut the end of the stalk off, then use a vegetable peeler to strip the outer layer off the bottom of the asparagus.
Coat Asparagus with the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
and toss lightly to coat, then sprinkle with
Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp)
Roast the asparagus for 10-12 minutes, until the spears are tender. If you want the cheese to brown and create a crunchy texture you can set your oven to broil for the last 1 minute of roasting! Serve warm.
