In a large saucepan bring 2 inches of water to a boil, then lower heat so the water is just simmering. Add a splash of
Distilled White Vinegar (1 splash)
into a small bowl or over a slotted spoon. Slowly place the egg into the water.
Cook the egg until the white has set, about 3-5 minutes. When cooked, remove the egg using a slotted spoon. Season your perfectly Poached Eggs with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and serve as desired!
