Place Frozen Green Peas (1 pound), Fresh Mint Leaves (10), Garlic (2 clove), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (5 tablespoon) in a food processor.
Purée until well blended and relatively smooth.
Slice your favorite seasonal Crudites (to taste).
Scoop hummus into a medium size bowl and arrange your choice of crudites within or serve on the side. Add a small pool of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), serve and enjoy!
