Step 1
Place Frozen Green Peas (4 cups) , Fresh Mint Leaves (10) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) , and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) in a food processor.
Step 2
Purée until well blended and relatively smooth.
Step 3
Slice your favorite seasonal Crudites (to taste) .
Step 4
Scoop hummus into a medium size bowl and arrange your choice of crudites within or serve on the side. Add a small pool of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , serve and enjoy!
