Step 1
In a mixing pan, add the
All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)

Baking Powder (3/4 tsp)

Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
and
Salt (to taste)
. Mix well.

Make a well in the middle and add the
Oil (1/4 cup)
.
Step 3
Add
Yogurt (1/2 cup)
.
Step 4
Now mix dry and wet ingredients together.
Step 5
Add
Water (to taste)
as needed to reach a soft consistency.
Step 6
Set aside for 2 hours. Make small balls of the dough. Dust using the wheat flour and roll out the balls into and oval shape.
Step 7
Heat an iron griddle or cast iron pan, and cook each piece of naan.
Step 8
Once bubbles appear up, flip to the other side and cook the other side.
