Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Crumble Sausage Crumbles (1 package) and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until well browned; drain.
Return sausage to skillet. Add Chipotle Chili Powder (1 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), Balsamic Vinegar (1 tablespoon) and Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon). Mix well.
Now switch to low heat and stir in Light Cream Cheese (3 ounce) and mix until well combined. Turn off the heat. Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) into the sausage mixture.
Press large spoonful of sausage mixture onto each Jalapeño Pepper (20) half; place on baking sheet.
Bake for 12-17 minutes until the filling is hot and jalapeño edges begin to wilt.
