Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Crumble Sausage Crumbles (1 pckg) and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until well browned; drain.
Step 3
Return sausage to skillet. Add Chipotle Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp) and Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp) . Mix well.
Step 4
Now switch to low heat and stir in Light Cream Cheese (1/3 cup) and mix until well combined. Turn off the heat. Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) into the sausage mixture.
Step 5
Press large spoonful of sausage mixture onto each Jalapeño Peppers (20) half; place on baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 12-17 minutes until the filling is hot and jalapeño edges begin to wilt.
