Cinnamon Rolls with Brown Sugar Glaze

Heat Water (4 Tbsp) and Milk (4 Tbsp) separately to about 110 -115 degrees F. Place water, milk, and Instant Dry Yeast (1 pckg) in a mixing bowl and allow to proof for 5 minutes.

Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and Butter (4 Tbsp) mix well. Add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) in 1/2 cup increments until dough begins to clean the sides of the bowl. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until soft and elastic. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 60-90 minutes.

Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll into rectangle. Spread Butter (4 Tbsp) over rectangle. Mix together Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 Tbsp) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup). Sprinkle over dough.

Roll dough tightly lengthwise. Cut into twelve sections. Place rolls in greased 9x13 pan. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes.

For the glaze: Mix in Butter (1 oz), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup), and Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) until you have a smooth glaze. Drizzle over baked rolls.
