Mix All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 pinch), Baking Soda (1 pinch), Baking Powder (1 pinch), and Brown Sugar (1 teaspoon) in a small bowl.
Add Vegetable Oil (2 teaspoon), Milk (2 teaspoon) and half of the Caramel Sauce (1 tablespoon). Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Pour half of the batter into a microwave safe bowl or mug. Add Caramel Candy (1) or remaining caramel sauce in the center.
Fill the bowl/mug with remaining batter.
Cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on full power for 1:30 minutes.
Let it cool for 2 minutes. Cover with remaining Caramel Sauce (1 tablespoon) and decorate with Sprinkles (to taste). Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
