Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Custard Powder (1 Tbsp) with a quarter of the Milk (1 cup) .
Step 2
Bring the remaining milk and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) to a boil.
Step 3
Slowly add the custard mix to the milk while stirring it constantly.
Step 4
Add the Marshmallows (2) and mix well. Stir constantly on low heat until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
Step 5
Pass the mixture through a sieve to cash any lumps. Let the pudding cool a bit. Keep stirring constantly to prevent the top layer drying out.
Step 6
Put about 2 tablespoons of Cake (1 cup) at the bottom of each serving glass. Drizzle some Simple Syrup (to taste) on top to keep it moist.
Step 7
Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of pudding.
Step 8
Top with more cake crumbs. Repeat until the glasses are full.
Step 9
Cover the glasses with plastic wrap touching the pudding layer. Chill for 3-4 hours or until set. Decorate with more crushed cake crumbs (1 cup) or whipped cream when serving.
