Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Start by creaming Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) and Butter (1/2 cup). Add Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and beat well.
Step 2
Add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cup), Oats (1 1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Mix together.
Step 3
Spread 2/3 of the dough into a 9x9 inch greased baking dish.
Step 4
In the microwave, melt Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cup) by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring. When chips are melted, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (7 ounce).
Step 5
Pour mixture over dough in baking dish. Top with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.
