Step 1
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Put
Ferrero Rocher® Chocolate (8)
in a ziploc bag. Crush them until they resemble crumbles.
Step 3
Mix
Water (1/4 cup)
with
Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
until sugar dissolves. Add
Yogurt (1/3 cup)
and
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
, mixing well.
Step 4
Add the crushed Ferrero Rocher and mix well.
Step 5
Sift in
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
,
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
. Mix until well combined.
Step 6
Pour batter into prepared baking pan. You can also crush some more Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top of the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Let the brownies cool completely. Loosen the edges and remove it from the pan. Do not cut until it has had a chance to cool for several hours! Enjoy!
