Mix together Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Water (1/4 cup). Add Instant Dry Yeast (1 package) and allow to proof for 5 minutes. Add Milk (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), whole Egg (1), and Butter (1/4 cup). Mix together. Mix in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cup) until dough cleans itself from sides.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until it becomes soft and elastic (3-5 minutes).
Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch dough down, then roll into a rectangle. Mix together filling ingredients, Fresh Strawberry (4 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Corn Starch (2 tablespoon). Spread over dough.
Roll dough and cut into rolls. Place rolls in a greased 13x9 pan. Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
Mix together glaze ingredients, Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), Milk (2 teaspoon). Drizzle over finished rolls. Enjoy!
