Instant Dry Yeast

Softened Butter

2 1/4 cups

All-Purpose Flour

Strawberry Filling

4 cups

Chopped Fresh Strawberries

Lemon , freshly squeezed

Corn Starch

Glaze

Powdered Confectioners Sugar

•

2 tsp

Milk

Cooking Instructions

Mix together Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Water (4 Tbsp) . Add Instant Dry Yeast (1 pckg) and allow to proof for 5 minutes. Add Milk (4 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , whole Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , and Butter (4 Tbsp) . Mix together. Mix in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups) until the dough cleans itself from the sides.

Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead until it becomes soft and elastic (3-5 minutes).

Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Punch the dough down, then roll it into a rectangle. Mix together filling ingredients, Fresh Strawberries (4 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , Lemon (1) , and Corn Starch (2 Tbsp) . Spread over dough.

Roll dough and cut into rolls. Place rolls in a greased 13x9 pan. Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.

Mix together glaze ingredients, Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) , Milk (2 tsp) . Drizzle over finished rolls. Enjoy!
