Step 1
Whip
Butter (1 cup)
and
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
together until fluffy. Add
All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)
and mix. Dough will be very crumbly.
Step 2
Turn dough out onto floured surface. Knead until smooth, about a minute or two.
Step 3
Roll out dough and cut into shapes. Then place shapes on greased or lined cookie sheet.
Step 4
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Melt
Chocolate Chips (1 pckg)
by microwaving in 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Dip cooled cookies into chocolate and allow to harden. Enjoy!
