Simmer Pork Shanks (5) in stock seasoned with Star Anise (to taste), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and grated Fresh Ginger (to taste) until tender but NOT falling apart.
