Simmer Pork Shanks (5) in stock seasoned with Star Anise (to taste) Ground Cinnamon (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste), Salt and Pepper (to taste) and grated Fresh Ginger (to taste) until tender but NOT falling apart.
Meanwhile, blanch Green Beans (2 cup) and cook rice flour bucatini (2 handful).
Then add the green beans.
Add diced Bell Pepper (2 cup), diced Onion (2 cup) and Chinese Sausage (2). Simmer two more minutes, check and adjust seasoning.
Add the cooked Rice Flour Bucatini (2 handful) to serving bowl.
To serve, top noodles with meat, vegetables and broth, sprinkle with chopped Fresh Cilantro (to taste). Enjoy!
