Step 1
Simmer Pork Shanks (5) in stock seasoned with Star Anise (to taste) , Ground Cinnamon (to taste) , Garlic Paste (to taste) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and grated Fresh Ginger (to taste) until tender but NOT falling apart.
Step 2
Meanwhile, blanch Green Beans (2 cups) and cook rice flour bucatini (2 handful).
Step 3
Then add the green beans.
Step 4
Add diced Bell Peppers (2 cups) , diced Onions (2 cups) and Chinese Sausages (2) . Simmer two more minutes, check and adjust seasoning.
Step 5
Add the cooked Rice Flour Bucatini (2 handfuls) to serving bowl.
Step 6
To serve, top noodles with meat, vegetables and broth, sprinkle with chopped Fresh Cilantro (to taste) . Enjoy!
