Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grate Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) and set aside.
Step 3
Grate Gruyère Cheese (1 cup) and set aside.
Step 4
Roll out the Pie Crust (1).
Step 5
Saute the Bacon (150 gram) on medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, just to brown the meat.
Step 6
Combine Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (2), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Step 7
Pour in the Heavy Cream (250 milliliter), and stir to combine.
Step 8
On the pie crust, sprinkle the gruyere cheese.
Step 9
Then sprinkle the bacon.
Step 10
Then pour in the eggs/cream mixture.
Step 11
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
Step 12
Remove from the oven, and let it sit on the counter until completely cool, then serve.
