Today for lunch I made this super simple yet SOOOO yummy stir-fry with cabbage and chilli. I served it up with some konjac rice, you can also use cauliflower rice, these are both low carb options. Else, this goes divine with some steamed or boiled basmati as well!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Wash and chop up the Green Cabbage (400 gram).
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) with Garlic (2 clove) and Red Chili Pepper (2). Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cabbage and Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon). Stir, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat until cabbage is cooked.
Step 4
Serve this up with Konjac Rice (2 cup) for a low-carb meal. Add some White Sesame Seeds (to taste) as well for some extra fats and protein.
